چکیده
Flexible and thin-film humidity sensors are currently attracting the attention of scientific community due to their portability reduced size, which highly useful traits for use in Internet o Things (IoT) industry. Furthermore, order perform efficient profitable mass production, it is necessary develop a cost-effective reproducible fabrication process materials. Green methods biodegradable materials would also minimize environmental impact create sustainable IoT development. In this paper, flexible based on common salt (NaCl) sensing layer reported. Our techniques employed, such as dip spray coating, provide biodegradable, low cost, device. One reported presents typical resistive behaviour from 40% RH up 85% with sensitivity −0.21 (Z/%RH). The performance obtained several studied at multiple frequencies 100 Hz 10 MHz, showcasing its versatility robustness.

متن کاملPaper as Active Layer in Inkjet-Printed Capacitive Humidity Sensors
An inkjet-printed relative humidity sensor based on capacitive changes which responds to different humidity levels in the environment is presented in this work. The inkjet-printed silver interdigitated electrodes configuration on the paper substrate allowed for the fabrication of a functional proof-of-concept of the relative humidity sensor, by using the paper itself as a sensing material. The ...
